Karen speaks to and collaborates with many community groups. Karen's has participated in inner city after school programs and assisted in many formal conference room settings. Community outreach started in 2006 as Cauliflower Retreat programming received a Zions Bank Smart Women Smart Money grant.

Self-Worth Starts at Home/ Pivotal Parenting Classes

Pivotal Parenting is an education and community outreach program that teaches self-worth and develops individual purpose in the home. It was created by husband and wife team Cory (LMFT licensed marriage and family therapist) and Karen Eddington. It targets having strong mothers, who strengthen their marriage, who can then strengthen their children. Pivotal Parenting addresses:
1. Personal Strength: The best thing a mother can do for her home, is to take care of
herself. Develop individual worth and purpose.
2. Shared Strength: As a mother feels whole, she can better strengthen her marriage.
3. Sharing Strength: As parents are strong they can then teach their children.
